Our work for Border has helped the business to develop a clear and “ownable” brand positioning that differentiates the brand and allows for consistent delivery across NPD, advertising, digital, PR, trade and retail platforms. Developing and then testing areas for brand stretch, has allowed Border to successfully launch new products, as well as complete a successful brand, packaging and marketing relaunch.

Keogh’s Crisps are Ireland’s leading premium farmhouse crisp brand and Levercliff has been working with the Keogh family since 2009. Our initial work helped develop a brand proposition for their potato business, before focusing our attention on product diversification, resulting in the launch of the hugely successful crisps range. Our market research, consumer insights, brand positioning and development and assistance with business planning, enabled the business to confidently launch the crisp range in 2011, and achieve double-digit growth year on year since. We continue to work with Keogh’s looking at new product development both from a market research perspective and also the implementation and management of their NPD process.

Golden Casket is one of the UK’s leading independent confectionery manufacturers. The company supply both branded products, such as the iconic Buchanan’s range in Scotland and the national children’s brand Millions. They do this alongside private label manufacturing. Levercliff have worked with Golden Casket for over four years on a number of projects, providing key insights into consumer trends and their specialist category, identifying clear market opportunities for their brands and own label ranges in the process. Radnor Hills Mineral Water Company manufactures soft drinks under its own brands and also bottles drinks for multiple retailers and other brand owners. SCC remains Wales’ leading dairy farmer owned co-operative and by following a strategic process has evolved from an overly generic market positioning to a space where it is now a well invested specialist cheese maker enjoying primary supply relationships with many leading UK retailers.
