Problem
A successful Welsh dairy company needed to diversify from their core range of milk and cheese products in order to increase the value added to their milk production.
Solution
Levercliff undertook an in-depth review of the chilled desserts market identifying an opportunity to develop a range of premium quality chilled desserts for sharing. The dairy were given clear guidelines on the product attributes, price level and packaging format.
Result
Our client successfully launched a range of premium desserts and secured a contract to supply Marks & Spencers with an own brand range.
