Fintan has been with Levercliff for 1 year and has spent 20 years working in Chilled Convenience Food and Fresh Meat sectors, latterly as Head of Commercial for Bakkavor Pizza in the UK. As a commercial specialist, Fintan has a passion for developing new business and delivering sales growth for Levercliff and it’s clients using market insight and Levercliff’s structured approach to business development.

Fintan attempts to manage the Bury St Edmunds RFU Wolfhounds on a weekly basis!

Over that time she has worked with companies of all sizes and across a wide range of categories. With a Masters in Marketing her key area of expertise is taking consumer insights and category trends and translating these into company and brand strategies.

Will has more than 25 years of experience working in the UK food industry. Working across a wide variety of sectors and markets he has held senior roles in Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and general management. Latterly Will has worked as project manager on an EU-funded cross-border project supporting SMEs from Scotland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. The project aimed to help these businesses export their products to new markets in Europe and the USA.

Will is also a qualified game angling instructor, and has an ambition to teach the rest of Levercliff to fly fish.

Duncan has been with Levercliff for 10 years specialising in data analysis, strategic market insight and category management. His experience includes analysing data from UK and European markets and he has contacts with all the main data providers. Duncan’s key skill is in researching food and drink markets and turning market insight into meaningful strategies for growth. This can be with individual companies or larger public sector projects, for example leading the research and developing the action plan for the Welsh fishing industry.

When he is not crunching numbers and eating product samples, he juggles his spare time between his family and riding his bike in the Welsh countryside.

Stuart has spent a life time within the Speciality Food Trade having worked for 40 years at companies such as Harrods , Daylesford Organic and Fortnum & Mason in many senior roles. He was a founder member of The Guild of Fine Food and has been Chief Judge for the Great Taste Awards. With a such a wealth of find food knowledge, Stuart has been succesfully supporting smaller speciality producers for the last 4 years as Levercliff Account Director.

Stuart has an amazing enthusiasm for good food and loves working with small producers with great ambitions. He has interest in all areas of the food and drink arena (including trying it) and always wants to learn something new apart from maybe using Facebook!
