The Keogh family had been successfully growing potatoes in Ireland for over 200 years but decided they wanted to add more value to their crop. Levercliff helped the family explore innovation opportunities.

Consumer research identified a key insight: Irish consumers wanted great tasting treats, made by real people, with real ingredients and flavours.

Together we researched and created the Keogh’s ‘handmade on their farm’ crisp range, working with them on product, brand, business plan and grant approval for new plant and equipment.

Levercliff continues to work with Keogh’s on further crisp innovation and the development of a premium popcorn range. As the business has grown, so have demands on Keogh’s by trade customers. Consequently, we are also working with them to analyse category data, on both crisps and potatoes, to help provide insight-driven trade recommendations.
