Levercliff Associates, category consultancy for the food and drink industry, is proud to announce its successful B Corp recertification, reaffirming its commitment to balancing purpose and profit while driving positive change across the industry.
Empowering People
Over the past three years, Levercliff has taken meaningful steps to support its people. The company has introduced flexible and part-time working arrangements, ensuring employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance. A dedicated training budget has been established to support both job-specific and cross-skills development, and every team member now benefits from a clearly defined Career Pathway. Additionally, the company has signed the Mental Health at Work Pledge, further demonstrating its commitment to mental wellbeing. These efforts have contributed to Levercliff outperforming industry standards in employee retention.
Supporting Communities
Levercliff has also deepened its community impact. A new procurement policy gives preference to local and B Corp-certified suppliers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ethical sourcing. Charitable giving has remained a priority, with continued support for local and industry initiatives such as Nightingale House Hospice and the Trussell Trust. In the last year, over half of Levercliff’s staff have taken part in paid volunteering, including work with Erlas Victorian Walled Garden in Wrexham, a social enterprise that provides meaningful activity, education, and work experience for people with disabilities in a therapeutic garden setting.
“This recertification is more than a milestone, it’s a reflection of our values and the way we do business,” said Fintan O’Leary, Executive Chairman at Levercliff. “We’re proud to be part of a global community that’s driving a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.”
Levercliff remains committed to helping food and drink brands grow sustainably while making a positive impact – showing that that business success and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
