Leadership team changes announced as the business enters its fourth decade of supporting the food & drink industry

We are delighted to announce changes to our leadership team. These changes represent an important next step in our journey to redefine the value that category-led commercial strategies add to businesses and stakeholders in the food & drink sector.

As of 1st of June, Clodagh Sherrard will take over the role of Managing Director of the business.  A key driver behind Levercliff’s B Corp journey, Clodagh has worked for Levercliff for over 20 years in various leadership roles and as such her appointment ensures continuity via a smooth operational transition.

At the same time, Fintan O’Leary transitions from his previous Managing Director position into the role of Executive Chairman. In his new role, Fintan will focus on the longer term development of the business to ensure Levercliff continues to create value for existing and new clients in different ways, adapting to the dynamic nature of the food & drink sector.

Clodagh Sherrard, Managing Director, comments:

Over the past year or so Fintan’s in-depth commercial and organisational experience from his time in industry has been something which we have found business leaders increasingly wanting to tap into, particularly his views on strategy and executive team development as levers to unlock material business growth.

Fintan O’Leary, Executive Chairman, comments:

Clodagh’s ownership of the existing business will enable me to focus on driving the business forward into new spaces. A key aspect of her role will be to lead and develop an ever-expanding team of category directors and insight professionals  who, more than ever, deliver our core services to clients. Having worked with Clodagh for almost 10 years I know the Levercliff team will be in best possible hands going forward.

These changes to the company leadership follow a period of sustained growth and several strategic appointments that have brought in incremental and complementary expertise from both agency, brand and private label manufacturer backgrounds. Fittingly, these changes also coincide with a landmark celebration of 30 years as industry-leading experts and Category Consultants to the food and drink industry.
