Aquascot are a leading seafood processor based in the Scottish Highlands, predominantly supplying premium Salmon to Waitrose. They operate with a lean commercial team, whose focus is to maintain a close relationship with their customer, ensuring they remain knowledgeable about market dynamics & forging collaborative relationships. Despite having access to diverse data sources, these were not fully leveraged due to a stretched and time poor team.

Approach

Our solution aimed to maximise their data use to guide strategic decisions & further develop a close partnership thorough actionable insights, by providing a flexible, retained support service. This incorporated a number of our services (Unlock, Ranger, Sell) , which helped Aquascot make use of existing data, generate actionable insights to inform business decisions and build a trusted and collaborative partnership with Waitrose
