Challenge

Keogh’s sourced external data from multiple locations, including retailer-specific EPOS and loyalty data such as Tesco Dunnhumby, Talysis-provided MRPI or BWG data, as well as Total Irish Market EPOS data from Nielsen. However, they lacked the resources to efficiently analyze this data and generate the level of insight needed for a leading Irish crisps producer.

Approach

We wanted Keogh’s to be utilising these costly resources to their maximum capacity. Levercliff Unlock enabled us to streamline said data into a centralized dashboard with simple filtering capabilities across all retailers, segments, formats, and metrics, all at the touch of a button.
