Challenge

The Vegan Food Group was expanding at pace being an umbrella to VFC, Meatless Farm, Clives Pies & Tofu Town with a turnover ofc£85m. They had a small marketing team and were spending a significant amount on category data including Nielsen KAD & Sainsburys SIP, spanning  5 retailers and 3 databases. Resource to be able to find time to process and draw actionable insight was limited.

Approach

We used Levercliff Unlock as a solution to consolidate all of these data sources into one place creating a convenient time saving solution, offering VFG data at their fingertips in a way they wanted to see it, quickly!

Outcome

Huge time saving benefits & the ability to realise the full potential of the data, which previously went underutilised. Less time was being spent drilling data, and more time was available on building insight and future strategies.
