Linden Foods is a major Northern Irish red meat producer. They asked for our help to build a response to a major business tender with a UK retailer.

We became part of the Linden internal team, set up to develop the tender response. Our role was to identify key insights, assist with the tender writing, and act as a commercial sounding board.

Following the tender, Linden were successful and secured a significantly enhanced category position with the retailer.
